Job Description
The iTecknologi Group of Companies is on the lookout for a proactive Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to enhance our team. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for our valued customers, providing support via phone and email. Your primary duties will include responding to inquiries, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs37,00.00, along with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
