Job Description
Aura Studio, a dynamic and expanding organization, is in search of a seasoned HR Executive to fortify our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, guiding recruitment efforts, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs effectively.
- Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Organize training initiatives and assist in performance evaluations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
