Job Description
CloudRCM Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) with prior call center experience. In this pivotal role, you will engage with healthcare providers to introduce our specialized medical billing and credentialing services. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, confident, and skilled in developing strong relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, cultivate client relationships, and work collaboratively with the sales team.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year in a similar position, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in CRM systems are required.
