Job Description
MGA Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and assist with a variety of administrative functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Updating employee records
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Supporting recruitment processes
- Posting job advertisements and conducting initial phone interviews
- Setting up interview appointments and organizing meetings
- Assisting with daily HR operations
- Preparing employee files
- Developing office policies
- Completing other assigned duties as needed
