Job Description

Bitrupt is inviting applications for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses supporting the complete recruitment process for technical positions, from candidate sourcing and interview scheduling to onboarding assistance.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, demonstrate a keen interest in technical roles, and excel in communication skills. Attention to detail and familiarity with MS Office and online recruitment platforms are highly preferred.
