Job Description

Variant Architecture is looking for a meticulous Accounting Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Preparing and issuing monthly bills for maintenance, utilities, and other charges.
• Maintaining accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Monitoring outstanding dues and generating aging reports.
• Recording entries in the accounting system and reconciling accounts.
• Preparing financial summaries on a monthly and annual basis for management review.
• Managing petty cash and handling bank transactions.
• Assisting in internal and external audits.
• Ensuring compliance with financial and legal policies.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month, and work will be conducted in-person.
