Job Description
ProtoCall Outsource, a premier inbound contact center partnering with taxi companies across the UK, is on the lookout for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries from taxi customers and drivers.
- Assist in booking and dispatching taxi services effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions for reference.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center role.
