Job Description
MaxRemind is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Medical Billing Reporting Specialist. This position involves the preparation and analysis of billing and financial reports to support informed decision-making and ensure the accuracy of our billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain dashboards utilizing Excel and other reporting tools.
- Generate reports on productivity and denial trends.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HIPAA regulations.
Requirements: Strong analytical and Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in medical billing.
