Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated MEAL Manager to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities across our diverse programs.
The MEAL Manager will develop and implement effective monitoring frameworks, guaranteeing that data is systematically collected, analyzed, and reported. Additionally, this role includes training staff on MEAL best practices and promoting a culture of continuous learning within our organization.
Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in program evaluation. A degree in a relevant field along with prior experience in MEAL roles is highly preferred.
