Job Description

WAVE, a premier call center based in the United States, is on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead for our Islamabad office. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of agents to achieve sales and verification targets.
• Conduct coaching sessions to boost team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and client standards.
• Manage escalations and foster a positive work atmosphere.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of Team Lead experience in a call center or BPO setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. hours).

Salary: PKR 70,00–100,00 per month
