Job Description
Company: Urban Communications, a premier provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions, has been committed to improving business efficiency since 2018. We are actively looking for a full-time Business Development Executive based in Islamabad.
Role: In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and managing client accounts. Key responsibilities include cold calling, conducting market research, and fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, exhibit exceptional communication skills, and have relevant experience in business development and lead generation.
Compensation: The basic salary is set at PKR 80,00, with additional performance-based bonuses; total monthly compensation can range from PKR 80,00 to PKR 300,00.
