Job Description
Incotec Industries is seeking a Sales Manager based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred) and a bachelor’s or master’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred). Responsibilities include leading regional sales efforts, developing growth strategies, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, preparing monthly reports, coordinating orders, and mentoring junior staff.
- Proven sales record
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Target-driven, analytical, and proficient in MS Office & CRM
- Own conveyance required
- Full-time, in-person role
