Job Description
Call Cafe is seeking energetic, customer-focused full-time International Inbound Customer Service Representatives for in-house evening and night shifts (6 days/week) at Building No. 522, B‑Block, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and deliver accurate product, pricing, and availability information
- Coordinate with internal teams and perform timely data entry
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and a service-oriented approach
Requirements: intermediate or higher English proficiency, willingness to work nights, strong listening and multitasking skills. 6 months–1 year customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Women and all qualified candidates are welcome.
Salary: Rs50,00–70,00 per month.
