We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to lead recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations for a full-time, in-person role.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field; 3–7 years HR experience; experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations preferred.
• Key Responsibilities: design and execute recruitment strategies; manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding; maintain talent pipelines; implement and monitor KPIs/OKRs; support performance reviews and improvement plans; ensure compliance with EOBI, Social Security, and government regulations; coordinate payroll and benefits; manage HRIS, records, attendance, leaves, and settlements; prepare HR reports; support change management and succession planning; improve HR processes for efficiency and transparency.
