Job Description
CHOICE INTERNATIONAL seeks an experienced Area Sales Manager for Karachi. This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree or MBA and 4–5 years of proven sales experience (FMCG preferred). The ideal candidate has strong Karachi market connections and demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop sales strategies and monitor performance metrics
- Build and maintain distributor and client relationships
- Prepare regular reports for senior management
