Job Description
Sensible BPO seeks full-time Mortgage Customer Service Representatives for our US/UK mortgage campaign in Rawalpindi (onsite). Shifts follow US/UK schedules (day or night).
- Handle inbound/outbound mortgage calls, verify documentation, update CRM, and coordinate with borrowers and lenders.
- Ensure regulatory and company compliance in all interactions.
- Strong English required; neutral or US/UK accent preferred. Excellent listening, attention to detail, and basic computer/CRM skills are essential.
- Mortgage or call center experience is advantageous; exceptional English-speaking fresh candidates are welcome.
