Job Description
Mindwhiz seeks a full-time, on-site HR Associate based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. Shift: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM. Minimum one year of HR or recruitment experience required.
- Manage end-to-end hiring, build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews and reference checks.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR records, and support workforce planning.
- Contribute to employer branding, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate across teams and work independently as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR or Business (Master’s preferred), strong sourcing and communication skills, MS Office proficiency. Salary up to Rs65,00/month plus health insurance, fuel allowance, and exposure to global HR practices.
