Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd seeks a reliable, detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to manage UK customer booking calls. The successful candidate will accurately record journey details, dispatch drivers via computer-based systems, monitor driver progress, and address customer inquiries, complaints, or itinerary changes, escalating issues as required.
- Requirements: prior taxi dispatch experience, excellent spoken English, strong multitasking under pressure, and willingness to work UK shifts including nights and weekends.
- Familiarity with UK geography and postcodes is a plus. Full-time, in-person role.
- Experience: minimum 2 years as an Inbound Taxi Controller and 4 years in taxi dispatching.
- Compensation: Rs450.00 – Rs550.00 per month.
