Job Description
Dot Clinics is hiring a Medical Receptionist to assist patients with clinic hours, treatments, procedures, and resolve inquiries. You will respond to patient queries promptly via phone, WhatsApp, email, Facebook/Instagram, or chat; identify and address issues; schedule and update appointments in daily WhatsApp groups; coordinate with doctors and staff on complex questions; follow up to ensure treatment continuity; and report daily query metrics to Marketing. Requirements: patience handling difficult patients, excellent communication, and strong multitasking. Job type: Full-time. Pay: Rs35,00–Rs40,00/month. Work Location: In person.
