Job Description
Ghani Value Glass seeks a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Manager to lead our field sales team. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales growth by developing effective sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and conducting regular field visits for performance assessments and coaching.
Key responsibilities include managing sales targets and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and SAP, are essential for success in this role.
