We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader Operations to oversee inbound and outbound processes at our Nestlé Distribution Center. In this role, you will lead a team to facilitate effective decision-making and streamline daily business operations.
Your daily responsibilities will include optimizing labor efficiency, coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and enforcing best practices within the warehouse.
Ideal candidates will possess an MBA or Bachelor of Engineering, relevant experience in Distribution Operations, and strong proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules”.
