Job Description

Join AWT Investments as a CSR Executive! In this vital position, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring exceptional customer service while enhancing our promotional campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and engaging in promotions and surveys to achieve team targets.

We seek qualified candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in a call center or customer service setting. Ideal applicants will be proactive, capable of delivering high-quality communication and support.
