Job Description

Enrichers Investment Group is on the lookout for a dynamic Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, promoting and selling our products and services with the goal of generating sales leads while enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to introduce and sell products.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through research.
• Deliver customized sales presentations.
• Foster positive relationships with customers.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and prior sales experience.

Compensation: $40,00 – $60,00 plus commission (10-14%).
