Job Description
Ashraf Products is actively seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Officer to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will lead our distributor and internal teams by implementing effective company strategies tailored to meet local business needs. This role involves training and motivating team members to reach both short-term and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Permanent Journey Plans.
- Screen and recruit Order Bookers/DSRs.
- Oversee the implementation of the Annual Operating Plan and KPIs.
- Identify stock needs to meet volume and revenue targets.
- Provide market training and coaching.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess strong leadership abilities, hold a university degree, and have 1-2 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
