Job Description
MILELE MOTORS FZE is currently searching for an Account Payable Executive to enhance our finance department’s efforts in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. This integral position is responsible for managing accounts payable, performing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial documentation to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and payments for both local and international suppliers.
- Maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring timely reconciliation of statements.
- Assisting with month-end closing activities and adhering to VAT compliance requirements.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates should have ACCA Part Qualified, BBA, CA Inter, ACMA Inter, or a B.Com degree.
