Job Description
Summary: We are seeking a dedicated individual to escalate complaint tickets to the appropriate ODN Access departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in MS-Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in MS-Outlook for effective English email communication.
- Ability to coordinate activities across various departments.
- Strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
- Manage and escalate tickets in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE-CIT).
- Applicants must be under 25 years of age.
- Familiarity with GPON technology is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Up to Rs45,00.00 per month.
