Job Description
Location: Karachi
Compensation: PKR 150K – 170K + Commission + Additional Incentives
HRSG is in search of a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in Call Centers or the Beauty and Aesthetics Industry. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth and cultivating strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead, supervise, and inspire the sales team to achieve targets.
- Establish and maintain enduring client relationships.
Requirements: A BBA/MBA or equivalent, with 5-7 years of sales experience, particularly in Call Centers or the Beauty Industry.
