Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee our production floor operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing operations to achieve targets related to both volume and quality. Key duties include supervising staff and monitoring material consumption to minimize waste.
The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) production environment. Familiarity with supply chain operations, including planning and SAP, is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs110,00.00 per month
