Job Description
Sourcecode Software House is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Medical Call QA Executive to become part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Evaluating inbound and outbound calls for our medical campaign to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Verifying the authenticity of leads while maintaining comprehensive and precise records.
- Identifying potential improvements in call handling and service delivery and providing constructive feedback to elevate quality.
- Conducting training sessions and coaching to bridge performance gaps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₹45,00.00 – ₹60,00.00 per month
