Job Description

Genetics Pharmaceuticals is on the lookout for a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and elevate our sales team. The successful candidate will oversee daily sales operations, mentor team members, formulate effective strategies, and ensure achievement of sales targets. Essential responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, facilitating team meetings, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with different departments to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, a minimum of 5 years of sales experience (including at least 2 years in a supervisory role), exceptional leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
