Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with vehicle repairs related to accidents.
- Prepare job cards and estimates while securing necessary approvals.
- Facilitate communication between the workshop, insurance providers, and customers.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with body repair procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
