Job Description
Tanzeela Abid is seeking a dedicated Logistic Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries from our customer support and compliance teams, managing courier exceptions, and following up on delayed parcels. Additionally, you will oversee lost-in-transit claims and update our claims report to ensure accurate records.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills are essential for this position.
