Job Description
Link HR Consultants is in search of a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to enhance the public image and media relations of our hospital. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in facilitating communication between patients, staff, and the community, while effectively promoting the services offered by the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for media inquiries.
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans.
- Coordinate press conferences and community outreach initiatives.
- Oversee the hospital’s online presence and social media strategies.
- Address and resolve patient feedback and concerns promptly.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in public relations, alongside strong communication skills and proficiency in digital communication tools, are essential.
