Job Description

BLS SOLUTIONS is looking for a committed HR Manager to assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. The successful candidate will provide policy guidance, manage recruitment processes, create onboarding plans, and develop training programs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in performance management and managing disciplinary issues while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Required skills include talent management, recruitment expertise, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time contract position for 12 months, with a salary range of Rs25,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month. A minimum of one year of experience in a software company is required.
