Job Description
Emeriosoft is looking for a dedicated IT Administrator to enhance our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing desktop and network support, ensuring system security, and facilitating technology upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and provide support for desktops and laptops.
- Assist staff in effectively using hardware and software.
- Identify and resolve network issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and VoIP systems.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, solid networking knowledge, and an understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
