Job Description
HR Force International is actively seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Cold Caller to join our outbound sales team. The primary responsibilities include making 100-150 cold calls daily while maintaining a response rate of 10%-15%. Candidates are expected to uphold high standards in lead quality and ensure timely updates in our HubSpot CRM system.
We are looking for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in sales development, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with sales tools. A strong passion for sales and effective time management capabilities are essential for success. Prior experience in compliance or SaaS is advantageous.
