Job Description
SMJ Industries is dedicated to steering Pakistan towards a sustainable and energy-efficient future. We are currently looking for a talented Human Resource Officer to become part of our team at Hattar Industrial Estate, Hattar, Haripur, KPK.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing HR functions, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and have 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally within a production environment.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at Rs. 50,00 per month. Additional qualifications in HR certifications will be considered an advantage.
