Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of service technicians and advisors.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure departmental operations comply with company standards.
- Guarantee that all repairs meet quality benchmarks.
- Monitor departmental expenses and generate detailed reports.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development for staff members.
Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Manager, coupled with a diploma in Mechanical or Diesel Engineering.
