Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for a qualified Senior Recruitment Executive to join our HR Department at our Head Office in Karachi, DHA Phase 8.
Position: Senior Recruitment Executive
Qualifications: BBA/MBA
Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment
Salary: Rs 60,00 – Rs 70,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and post job descriptions for various technical and non-technical positions.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from screening to onboarding.
- Utilize technical knowledge to accurately interpret job requirements for technical roles.
