Job Description
A & A Services Enterprises is excited to invite applications for a skilled and confident Outbound Call Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills and at least 2 years of outbound calling experience, preferably within the medical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to both potential and existing customers.
- Convey product and service information clearly and effectively.
- Engage actively to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Uphold professionalism and exemplary customer service standards.
- Meet daily and weekly call performance targets.
