Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is looking for a committed Assistant Manager of Human Resources to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely registration with the Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) and Social Security, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role includes assisting with employee onboarding and exit processes, supporting payroll functions by providing necessary information, and coordinating with government departments for inspections or audits. Additionally, you will address employee inquiries, manage HR documentation, and organize employee welfare activities.
Requirements

- Able to Work in a Team
