Job Description
Abacus Consulting – BPO is actively searching for a detail-oriented Workforce Management Executive to join our team in Islamabad. This critical role encompasses efficient staffing, scheduling, and performance forecasting to ensure the optimal functionality of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage staff schedules
- Monitor live queues and agent availability
- Analyze key performance metrics
- Collaborate with HR and Operations
- Prepare and present WFM reports
- Support headcount planning efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Workforce Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
