Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing is currently looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager for Training to lead our learning initiatives within our growing BPO/Call Center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that enhance agent performance, elevate customer experiences, and align with our organizational goals.

Your key responsibilities will include leading training for new hires and ongoing employee development, conducting Training Needs Analyses (TNA), driving training KPIs, coaching trainers, and collaborating with various departments to ensure consistent training effectiveness.

We seek candidates with 4-6 years of experience in Training & Development within a BPO, who possess strong facilitation and coaching skills.
