Job Description

Position: Supervisor

Reporting to: Production Manager

Division: Established Pharmaceutical Division – Operations

Location: Karachi – Korangi Plant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to support the Production Manager in our manufacturing and finishing operations. This role requires adherence to Abbott’s GMP/EHS policies, local regulatory cGMP guidelines, and compliance with approved documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in both manufacturing and finishing operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues as they arise.
• Ensure adherence to monthly ADS and supply plans.
• Minimize waste and maximize yield while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Provide training to staff on relevant procedures.

Qualifications: A Science Graduate or Master’s degree, preferably Pharm D, with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
