Job Description
Abbott Laboratories is seeking a committed Assistant Manager Production to assist the Manager in overseeing our manufacturing and dispensing activities at the Karachi Landhi Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to regulatory standards and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manufacturing and dispensing operations in accordance with established standard operating procedures (S.O.P.).
- Achieve operational deadlines while enhancing process efficiency.
- Support the measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Cultivate a supportive and positive work culture.
Qualifications: A Science Graduate or Master’s degree (preferably Pharm D), 3-4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
