Job Description

Location: Karachi – Landhi Plant
Reporting To: Senior Manager of Engineering
Job Summary: The Facility Officer is responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and maintenance of all plant structures, including security offices, training centers, and various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee repair and maintenance activities while coordinating with contractors.
- Perform daily inspections and document findings comprehensively.
- Track work order status and facilitate necessary approvals.
- Implement Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards and represent the Engineering department in relevant committees.
- Generate reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably B Tech/DAE in Civil Engineering), 2-3 years of experience in a related field, and a solid understanding of building maintenance and repairs.
