Job Description

Location: On-site, Karachi
Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00/month plus uncapped incentives and a PKR 3,00 attendance allowance.
Shift Options:
- 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
- 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot issues in accordance with escalation protocols.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM.
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Requirements: Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, availability for night shifts, and a commitment to training.
