Job Description
Join our dynamic team at ABS International, located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal or Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. We are seeking dedicated individuals for a full-time position with a salary range of PKR 45,00 – 50,00/month, plus uncapped incentives. Exceptional performers can earn over PKR 100,00/month.
Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off, and shift options include 6 PM – 2 AM, 8 PM – 4 AM, or 10 PM – 6 AM PKT.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Accurately maintain CRM records
- Meet service quality standards
- Achieve performance goals
Requirements
- C1/C2 English communication proficiency
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM
- Availability for night shifts (Monday-Saturday)
