Job Description
Join our team at ABS International in Karachi, Pakistan, as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This full-time position, with a salary ranging from PKR 35,00 to PKR 40,00 per month, requires on-site availability from Monday to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
Your role will focus on driving service excellence within our contact center. You will monitor customer interactions, ensure compliance, and enhance agent performance during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor calls to assess quality and compliance
- Deliver constructive feedback to agents
- Conduct thorough compliance audits
Requirements: Candidates must possess at least 1 year of experience in quality assurance, strong proficiency in QA software, an analytical mindset, and be available for night shifts.
