Job Description
Accotech Pvt Ltd is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Officer to oversee daily financial operations and provide administrative support across various companies. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Xero or QuickBooks, alongside exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and perform reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Oversee client payments and maintain a zero-debtors policy.
- Assist with payroll processing duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of finance/admin experience.
- Proficiency in Xero or QuickBooks.
- Strong command of English communication.
